Light has been widely used by dermatologists to promote cellular healing for post-procedure recovery, acne and the visible signs of ageing. The skin responds to light stimulation on a cellular level. A very short exposure to low intensity light triggers a series of reactions on the cell biology to improve protein synthesis, energy supply and cell regeneration.
After years of laboratory research, Lightinderm has selected the optimal light wavelengths and combined them with active ingredients in order to enhance their benefits: red (660nm), green (520nm), blue (450nm) and infrared (780 to 940nm).

Through mechanical pressure, deep tissue massages energise the extracellular matrix. This tension promotes the production of collagen, resulting in a stronger intercellular mesh for denser, firmer skin. We recommend cleansing your skin before using the treatment. Avoid harsh cleansers and soaps, as they can disrupt your skin's skin barrier. Select a cleanser suited to your skin type and preferences (rinse or wipe). Cleanse twice a day, morning and evening.
Step 1: Cleanse your skin and pat dry. Insert your chosen capsule into the device.
Step 2: Power on your device. It will automatically select the treatment programme according to the chosen capsule.
Step 3: Take off the capsule lid. Glide the device over your skin in circular motions.
Step 4: The device will move through the treatment programme automatically and turn off after 3 minutes.
Step 5: Safely store your device and continue with your skincare routine.

Each treatment lasts 3 minutes in total on the entire face. 15 seconds per zone is recommended. This is the time for the combination of light and active ingredients to effectively activate cell regeneration.
No. The light diffused by the Lightinderm device does not contain Ultra-Violet, but only light waves beneficial for the health of your skin.
The Lightinderm device is water resistant but not waterproof.
The Lightinderm device does not require any special maintenance. However, we recommend that you clean it if necessary with a microfiber cloth.
No, only Lightinderm capsules can be used with the Lightinderm device. Lightinderm serum capsules are specifically formulated for complementary action with each light program diffused by the device.
Light is a form of energy. Certain wavelengths have properties (essential for photosynthesis in plant cells). Lightinderm were able to demonstrate that human skin cells could also react to light, which can have consequences on the biology of the cell to increase energy supply, protein synthesis and cell multiplication. If certain wavelengths can be harmful to the skin, such as UV, others can be particularly beneficial.
