I really like the item, but it is harder to use than the single ball. I've used the app and youtube clips to make the best use of it. In time I think it will become invaluable but it's not instinctive. I bought it for hamstring, lower back and neck tightness.

Bought this to compliment my theragun mini and it is easy and quick to use. Not quite as effective as my theragun mini.... probably the best buy I've made for my back and leg health... but works well alongside, especially for the neck and spinal areas that the mini is a bit too strong for. Very well designed and fits well when using.
